Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Rehabilitation Specialists at various experience levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering result-driven rehabilitation programs, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Senior Performance Specialist: Lead 1:1 and group rehabilitation streams, develop long-term rehabilitation plans, and mentor junior staff.
  • Performance Specialist: Deliver high-quality rehabilitation programs, participate in coaching sessions, and progress into leadership or specialist roles.
  • AHA/Student Specialist: Assist in the delivery of rehabilitation programs, learn new technologies, and gain valuable experience before graduating.
You Will Need
  • Senior Performance Specialist: 5+ years clinical experience, AHPRA registration, strong communication skills, and ability to lead teams.
  • Performance Specialist: 3–5 years clinical experience, AHPRA registration, eagerness to grow into leadership or specialist roles, and excellent communication skills.
  • AHA/Student Specialist: Currently studying Physiotherapy (2nd year and up), strong interest in rehabilitation, excellent communication skills, and willingness to learn.
