Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a part-time German-speaking assistant to provide administrative support and liaison services for our graphic design team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between German clients and graphic designers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining studio calendars.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, including archiving completed projects.
  • Support graphic designers in creating and editing visual content, including photo editing and file preparation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Brief knowledge of graphic design principles and software (Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
  • Professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a creative or design environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Project Management Software.
