The position of Director of Service is a pivotal role within our organization. It requires an individual who can build strong relationships with schools, manage teams of passionate educators and deliver enriching experiences for children.
This full-time opportunity comes with a comprehensive induction program, including support from a mentor and regional manager. As Director of Service, you will have the autonomy to plan and deliver daily activities that foster fun relationships between children, their families and the community.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement programs that enhance the overall experience of children in care.
- Manage compliance and medical documentation, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
- Partner with schools on events and maintain positive working relationships.
Service times are 7:00am - 9:00am, 2:00pm - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday, plus 13 admin hours per week.
Requirements- A genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and confident interpersonal abilities.
- Natural leadership style and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families.
