About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Service team in Canberra, ACT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing servicing and maintenance of KONE's elevator, auto walks, and escalators across various properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to maintenance activities and repairs
  • Respond to breakdowns on elevators and escalators
  • Carry out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures, including health, quality, and safety standards
  • Work to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region
  • Be available to start/finish at flexible times and work after-hours as required
Requirements
  • Qualified registered electrical license required
  • Lift industry experience required
  • Valid full Australian driver's license
  • Experience in managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder expectations
  • Motivated and self-starter who can manage workload and competing priorities
  • Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
  • A customer service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
