We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Service team in Canberra, ACT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing servicing and maintenance of KONE's elevators, auto walks, and escalators across various locations.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to maintenance activities and repairs, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with KONE policies and procedures.
- Respond to breakdowns on elevators and escalators, prioritizing timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Carry out all activities with a strong focus on quality, health, and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in the local region, providing exceptional service and support.
- Work flexible hours, including after-hours, as required to meet business needs.
- Hold a qualified registered electrical license.
- Have experience in the lift industry, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and maintenance procedures.
- Possess a valid full Australian driver's license.
- Be able to manage critical breakdowns and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Be a motivated and self-starting individual, able to manage workload and competing priorities.
- Be committed to working safely, with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
