We are seeking an organised and proactive professional to support our campaign delivery and stakeholder communication.
This key role supports our sales team by ensuring seamless campaign execution and effective communication with various stakeholders. You'll collaborate with external clients, assist internal specialists, and work closely with the management team to enhance and optimise our campaigns.
The channel specialises in expertly crafted phone sales campaigns, acting as an extension of the cellar door experience for our partner clients. We've worked with numerous wineries across Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients in curating their wine offerings for Direct Phone Sales Campaigns, ensuring all details (wine lists, pricing, promotions) are accurate and properly set up.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to optimise campaign offerings and align deals with overarching goals, driving improved outcomes for our partner wineries.
- Work alongside the Systems Support Administrator to ensure accurate input of campaign offerings into CRM, reflecting real-time data.
- Assist in building and refining workflows to enhance operational efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tools.
- Support daily operational tasks by communicating updates to the sales team and ensuring changes are reflected in CRM and other platforms.
- Triage and manage queries from the phone sales team that require confirmation from clients, acting as a liaison to resolve these efficiently.
- In partnership with the team lead, deliver engaging training sessions for the Wine Sales team, covering systems, processes, and sales-specific workshops.
- Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation for campaign processes and workflows, ensuring regular updates to reflect best practices and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with the management team, Wine Sales Specialists, and Marketing team to support campaign and operational needs.
- 2+ years of experience in campaign or project coordination (or similar role).
- Excellent proficiency in CRM (or similar platform), and project management tools.
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with experience able to use basic formulas and functions.
- Organised with exceptional attention to detail, and strong self-administered QA.
- Analytical, with a track record of working effectively in process-driven and collaborative team environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to distil complex and technical queries into accessible information for various audiences.
- Experience in wine is beneficial, but not essential.
