Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Operations Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing/CRM campaigns across owned channels. They will work closely with our Customer Analytics team to ensure seamless delivery of targeted, data-driven campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and sales growth from our customer base.

  • Build and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and digital channels using SQL/marketing automation tools.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to the correct audience, and in line with business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Create and manage customer segments using available data and insights to target the right audience for each campaign.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in data manipulation coding in SQL in a relational database environment.
  • Experience in campaign analytics is preferable, supporting marketing automation processes or data-driven marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in data tools and technologies, including SQL and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
