Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead the successful delivery of complex construction projects.

This critical role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, driving outcomes and ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders, consultants, and site teams.

  • Spearhead end-to-end project delivery, from design development to practical completion
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, and construction schedules
  • Manage consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, authorities, and internal teams
  • Monitor risk, compliance, and quality systems, addressing issues proactively

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar project management role
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects exceeding $50M
  • A deep understanding of the local market, subcontractor base, and requirements
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
