Beauty Advisor Role

We're seeking an ambitious Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

You will have the opportunity to work across all our departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, helping customers discover our amazing offerings and creating personalized recommendations to meet their unique needs.

About You:
  • You enjoy creating an amazing customer experience by providing a welcoming environment to listen and embrace their unique needs.
  • You are a keen observer of new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
  • You want to help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program and how it can help them be the best version of themselves.
  • You are open to expanding your knowledge of our iconic brands to share your knowledge with, and learn from, your team of Beauty Advisors.
  • You are open to participating in cross-training and attending in-store beauty expert training sessions where you're encouraged to continuously learn and explore.
  • You have a passion to share your knowledge with your team of Beauty Advisors and Sephora customers.
  • You have previous Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
Key Requirements:
  • Availability to work 3 full days per week across late-night and weekend shifts.
  • Able to commit to ongoing learning and professional development.
