Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take on the role of Clinic Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment that drives success.

About the Role
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sales results.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of skin treatments, LED therapy, laser technology, and Skinstitut products to enhance product knowledge among the team.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every client receives a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Support operations such as scheduling, finances, and end-of-day procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience or potential, with a drive to excel in a management role.
  • A formal qualification in Beauty (Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy) and demonstrated expertise as a therapist with a strong passion for the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills, focused on achieving targets and delivering results.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
