European Transfer Pricing Manager Role

The European Transfer Pricing Manager position at our company involves collaborating with seasoned professionals to explore new opportunities in tax.

This role is responsible for managing transfer pricing functions for clients across various jurisdictions, including North America, Caribbean, UK, Europe and certain Asian countries.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing robust TP strategies aligned with client goals and expertise, fostering collaboration between teams and stakeholders, and staying up-to-date with OECD Guidelines, BEPS Action Plans, CbCR, master/local file compliance, and intercompany pricing methodologies.

Requirements
  • Strong experience in Transfer Pricing from public accounting firms, specialist TP consultancies, law firms, or in-house MNC tax departments is required.
  • Prior tenure at a Big 4 or globally recognized advisory firm is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in transfer pricing documentation, functional analysis, benchmarking studies, and TP planning strategies is necessary.
Preferred Skills
  • Fluency in TP software tools such as TP Catalyst, OneSource, Orbitax is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing junior professionals and leading client-facing engagements is an asset.
  • A global mindset and strong communication skills to work across jurisdictions and functions are essential.
