Job Description

We are seeking an experienced tax specialist to join our corporate tax team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax services to our clients, including corporate income tax compliance, and the preparation and review of income tax returns and tax accounting calculations.

You will work closely with our global tax network to provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including M&A, consolidations, restructures, and financing. You will also assist in the delivery of the full spectrum of corporate taxation advisory services, including ATO risk reviews, audits, and ruling application processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian corporate income tax experience, ideally gained in a top-tier accounting firm or mid-tier accounting firm
  • Developing client-facing skills with the confidence to contribute to client meetings and build a network
  • An ability to articulate complex technical information into succinct, well-informed recommendations to clients
