We are seeking an experienced Technical Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to the development and implementation of technical standards and assurance frameworks.
The successful candidate will have experience in engineering standards, technical governance, or assurance within a complex operational environment. They will also have a proven ability to lead work in and influence cross-functional teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.
You will support the development and delivery of the roadmap for operations engineering standards, align design and operational standards through close collaboration with infrastructure development, and support management of change processes to ensure assurance and continuous improvement initiatives are met.
Maintaining and enhancing technical authority and engineering competency frameworks is also a key responsibility, as well as monitoring and reporting on technical compliance through performance KPIs.
