Compassionate Care Professional Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to provide exceptional care to our clients. As a Compassionate Care Professional, you will be responsible for administering medications with accuracy and responsibility, ensuring client safety and well-being.

You will assist clients with essential personal hygiene activities, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and dignity are upheld. Additionally, you will deliver customized, person-centered care that reflects each client's individual needs, preferences, and routines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care services to clients in their homes or residential facilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Care Worker or equivalent qualification.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
