Based at our Wodonga branch, the Nutrien Ag Solutions 2026 Livestock Career Development program will provide the skills and training you need to be a future leader or technical expert within the Livestock Industry. The program is designed for top talent to gain valuable experience in all aspects of the Livestock activity while completing an in-house Certificate in Livestock Marketing. The 24-month program (roles are all permanent) includes four leadership and skill-building workshops, on-the-ground training, and assigned mentors. You'll have the opportunity to work in both saleyard and branch environments, learning effective selling and relationship-building techniques with experienced livestock employees and leaders.

Successful applicants will be offered a position in November to commence the role in February 2026.

To be considered for the 2026 Livestock Career Development Program you should have a strong desire to learn and succeed in the Livestock industry, excellent customer service skills and strong negotiation abilities. In addition, you will demonstrate:

• Successful completion of Year 12
• Minimum 24 months' experience in the Agricultural industry, ideally within Livestock
• Willingness to relocate at the conclusion or during the program
• Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident – temporary visa holders are not eligible
• Vaccination or willingness to receive the Q Fever vaccination
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn, strong communication and problem-solving skills and leadership potential
• Genuine interest in and desire to work and learn about the Livestock Industry
