Job Summary

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us grow our APAC presence. As a key member of our Global Talent team, you'll partner with our Operations department to develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with Eucalyptus' changing needs
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on talent management best practices
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-caliber candidates
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of in-house recruitment experience across a diverse range of roles
  • Ability to prioritize multiple hiring and recruiting managers, priorities, and roles
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
