Sports Marketing Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Executive to join our Foxtel Sports Marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sports campaigns that engage our customers and drive results.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute sports marketing campaigns across the calendar year, utilizing owned and partner channels to deliver against key business objectives and align to the sports strategy.
- Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to maximize every campaign, ensuring complete cross-channel integration and proactively looking at ad-hoc opportunities.
- Write briefs and roll out of creative assets and messaging.
- Be the subject matter expert, ensuring all teams are updated on upcoming sports priorities and own guidelines overseeing all sport approvals.
- Support planning, implementation, and delivery of all sports campaigns, utilizing owned, paid, earned, and partner channels.
Your Experience and Capability:
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar marketing role, with demonstrable experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge and passion about sports, with a deep understanding of Australian sports codes (Rugby league, AFL, Netball, Cricket, and Motorsport highly desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and experience writing succinct, clear briefs.
- Works well under pressure to deliver results while maintaining values.
- Experience in working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and influence stakeholders where required.
- Strong planning and organizing skills, knowledge of ClickUp or similar project management programs is preferred.
- Be comfortable navigating ambiguity and working flexibly.
- Proactive mindset and ability to problem-solve and understand the bigger picture of decisions across the wider organization.
- Love for Entertainment or Sport - we're big believers in knowing the product and knowing the customer.
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline (Marketing, Communications, etc.).
