**The Purpose of this Role**

This role provides timely and proactive administrative support to our senior brokers. The successful candidate will be pivotal in supporting specialist brokers who deliver client advisory services, placing and managing insurance programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supporting the team in day-to-day administration and broking tasks
  • Preparing documents, including customised reports
  • General administration duties
  • Policymaking - new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, lapses, certificates of currency; claims data input
  • Renewal invitation reminders to clients, debtor control
  • Maintaining client databases and electronic files
  • Intermediate user of excel, PowerPoint and adobe software programs

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry
  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance qualification is highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced reactive environment where requirements quickly change
