The role of Insurance Specialist requires an individual with a strong background in insurance and risk management within the oil & gas or marine sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual renewals of personnel and commercial insurance policies across various countries.
  • Manage and coordinate all insurance claims to ensure effective resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide strategic and operational insurance advice to ensure adequate cover across all departments and projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Support budget planning and compliance across the region to ensure alignment with organizational standards and industry best practices.

About You:

  • 3–5 years of experience in insurance or risk management within the oil & gas, marine, or offshore industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Legal Studies, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments and operational activities within the Asia Pacific region.
  • Confident in taking ownership of insurance portfolios and driving compliance.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
