Key Bid Coordinator Role

This is a dynamic and strategic opportunity to contribute to work winning initiatives and deliver high-quality submissions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop critical sections of proposals, including methodology and value propositions, that meet client requirements and submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate bid planning activities, such as writing plans, tracking review schedules, and monitoring compliance requirements, to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and coordinate complex proposals, assist in gathering content, and manage timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date SharePoint bid sites, track document versions, and organize files for easy access.
  • Gather input from market teams and senior colleagues to prepare precise and timely bid content.
  • Contribute to research and documentation that helps identify and position for future opportunities.
  • Deliver submissions that are professional, error-free, and clearly convey win themes and value propositions.
  • Support the preparation and formatting of CVs, case studies, summaries, and cover letters.
  • Assist with layout and presentation of documents using tools like Word and PowerPoint.
  • Organise and maintain a library of previous proposals and reusable content.
  • Track and manage submissions using tools such as CRM, Proposal Hub, and other relevant systems.
