Sheetmetal Fabricator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sheetmetal Fabricator to join our team at Frontline Construction Australia. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality custom-made timber stairs for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain shearing, punching, and forming machines to fabricate sheet metal parts.
- Cut, form, and join sheet metal to create custom components.
- Inspect and check finished parts for quality and accuracy.
- Install or repair products made from sheet metal, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship.
- Read blueprints and drawings to determine the specific requirements of a job and ensure accurate fabrication.
Requirements:
- Formal qualifications in the trade and an apprenticeship in Australia.
- At least 10 years of experience in Sheetmetal Fabrication, with a strong background in MIG and TIG welding.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Previous experience working across multiple industries is highly advantageous.
