Vehicle Damage Assessment Specialist

About the Role:

We're seeking highly skilled and technology-savvy individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional support to customers during times of need. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our repairer network and providing outstanding assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough vehicle damage assessments to ensure accuracy and fairness
  • Oversee the quality of the entire claims process, guaranteeing seamless experiences for all stakeholders
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
  • Detect and mitigate fraud risks, safeguarding both our organization and clients
  • Achieve efficient turnaround times while maintaining cost control measures

About You:

  • Trade qualification in Panel Beating, Spray Painting, or Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology is an essential requirement
  • A current driver's license is mandatory for this role
  • Prior estimating experience would be highly regarded, but not essential
  • Assessing watercraft can be advantageous for those with the necessary skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to changing situations are vital
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and promoting positive change within the company
