Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our eComX Finance Team. As a key leader in our organisation, you will play a vital role in driving short-term trade while also contributing to strategic end-to-end financial decisions as we evolve our eCommerce business for the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Food eCom leadership team to develop strategic priorities and translate them into short and long-term goals.
- Lead commercial support plans, operational and strategic decision-making: Work closely with business insight teams, finance teams, and squads to drive smart operational and strategic decisions.
- Lead, develop, and celebrate a high-performing finance team: Actively prioritise key initiatives each quarter to drive progress against finance and business initiatives.
- Lead month-end, BPM, and quarterly reporting for Food eCom financials: Accurate and timely delivery, collaborating across multiple stakeholders and driving process improvements to streamline activities.
- Lead the Annual Strategic Plan and monthly forecasting process, identifying risks early and partnering to deliver on sizing and tracking opportunities to improve results.
What You'll Bring
- CA/CPA qualification with 10+ years post-qualification experience in an FMCG commercial or operational finance business partnering role.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage business relationships.
- Advanced leadership skills, people coaching, mentoring, and development skills.
- Strong presentation and storyboarding skills.
- Able to communicate complex financial information to a broad audience; with the ability to make the complex, simple.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $170,000-$220,000 AUD. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits including team discounts across our brands, a global business with endless career possibilities, a progressive and flexible 'work from anywhere' policy, and parental leave provisions.
