The Role
In this role, you will lead the provision of strategic and operational direction to the Intensive Care Service. You will collaborate with the ICU Director to support service development and ensure effective management of nursing services and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Lead a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Requirements:
- Certified in critical care nursing
- Proven leadership experience in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
