We are seeking a talented Sales & Marketing Contractor to join our team on a short-term trial basis. As we expand our aged care services, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and drive growth.

We deliver compassionate care to elderly Australians from diverse backgrounds. Our in-home support services cater to those eligible for Home Care Packages, based in Victoria.

We're entering a critical phase as we expand our aged care services. The successful candidate will work closely with our team, executing marketing strategies and increasing brand visibility among individuals eligible for Home Care Packages.

  • Implement marketing and outreach plans to enhance brand awareness in the local aged care community.
  • Establish connections with potential clients and referral partners to drive business growth.
  • Set and achieve agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) during the trial period.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Report regularly on progress and outcomes to inform future strategies.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven background in sales or marketing, preferably in healthcare or aged care.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work independently and deliver results within a defined timeframe.
  • Comfort engaging with elderly clients and their families.
  • Self-motivation and an outcome-focused approach.
