Maree Care is a vibrant in-home aged care provider based in Melbourne—but don't worry, we're not like the rest of them We ditch the cookie-cutter approach and bring real heart and personality to the game. We're on a mission to shake things up in the home care world, making it easier (and way less stressful) for families to get the support they need. And now, we're looking for an enthusiastic **Marketing & Sales Coordinator** to help us spread the word and connect with more people who need a helping hand through My Aged Care funding.

**About the Role**:
This is an exciting **entry-level** opportunity for someone passionate about marketing and sales. You will play a vital role in generating leads, creating content, and ensuring potential members understand how Maree Care can support them. As part of this role, you will be expected to **learn the ins and outs of home care providers and My Aged Care funding** to effectively communicate with leads and create impactful marketing strategies.

**Advertised pay rate** is a **base salary**, with **earning potential** of up to **$10 per qualified lead** and **bonuses of up to $5,000**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **High-Value Content Offers or Lead Magnets** to attract and educate potential members.
- **Create branded content** using Canva, ensuring all designs align with Maree Care's visual identity.
- **Develop marketing angles** and ad creatives that speak directly to our audience's needs.
- **Social media content creation**, including graphics, captions, and engagement strategies.
- **Lead follow-ups via phone**—you **must** be confident and comfortable calling all leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
- Work with the team to identify and implement effective **advertising and outreach strategies**.
- Use **technology and digital marketing tools** efficiently to optimize campaigns and track performance.

- A great communicator who can effectively present ideas and engage with our target audience.
