Leadership Role in Cinema Operations

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Duty Manager. As a key member of our Cinema Operations Department, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and leading your team on shift.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Seating Guests: Greet guests with a smile and ensure they have a pleasant cinema experience.
  • Concessions and Ticketing: Process tickets, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate your team on shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about film, possess excellent communication skills, and have a positive attitude. You will need to be able to work independently and collaboratively, with a can-do attitude and natural leadership abilities.
