**Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group** **is a family-owned aged care provider operating 33 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA and NSW. We are seeking a compassionate **Disability Services Manager **to oversee and coordinating** Disability Services **across Hall & Prior; on a **full-time** basis.

Reporting to our Executive Director Regional Leader (EDRL), you will work closely with residents, their families, and our dedicated care teams to ensure the provision of person-centred care for individuals with disabilities. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the enhancement of our disability support programs and the overall quality of life for our residents.
As our **Disability Services Manager**, your responsibilities will include:
- Expanding and developing Hall & Prior's various disability programs
- Implementing policies, procedures, and best practices in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Support multidisciplinary teams to assess residents' needs and provide high quality individualised services
- Providing leadership and guidance to a team of coordinators and specialists, fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Sourcing of new business opportunities relevant to organizational context
- Supports strategic objectives through the delivery of comprehensive services
- Extensive understanding and experience of NDIS compliance activities and working within NDIS operational guidelines.
In order for our **Disability Services** staff and consumers to experience your brilliance, it is essential you possess:
- Tertiary qualifications relating to community services, disability or Mental Health
- extensive experience (at least 3 years) in a similar role within the disability services sector
- Experience and knowledge of aged care or healthcare settings.
- strong knowledge of disability support frameworks, person-centred care principles, and relevant legislation, such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Act 2013.
- proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
- demonstrated organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
