The Clinical Midwifery Educator role at Ramsay Health Care is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of high-quality clinical education programs for our maternity team. In this position, you will be responsible for facilitating and managing clinical education and competency programs, working closely with management to achieve excellence in care delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in midwifery and a passion for training and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical education programs aligned with best practice and legislative requirements
- Collaborate with management to achieve excellence in care delivery
- Provide educational support to new staff and those requiring additional training
- Work clinically alongside students and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Skilled Registered Midwifery with AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience within a maternity environment
- Comprehensive specialty knowledge
- Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment (or working towards)
- Post-Graduate Qualifications in Midwifery (or working towards)
