Strategic Talent Development Consultant

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the business HR team to drive strategic talent initiatives across global markets.

Key Objectives
  • Partner with the Global Talent Lead and People & Culture Partners to support the annual talent cycle, including talent reviews, succession planning discussions, promotion processes, and employee survey analysis.
  • Work closely with the wider People and Culture and central talent teams to implement global and group-specific initiatives that align with the People and Culture Strategy.
Core Responsibilities
  • Support the development of a global talent strategy, ensuring consistency and creation of core materials for leaders and People & Culture Partners.
  • Coordinate the global year-end talent process, providing timely support to stakeholders.
  • Provide centralized support for the global Director promotion process, facilitating efficient transitions.
  • Administer global surveys, analyzing results to inform future talent strategies.
  • Champion cultural change initiatives within Commodities and Global Markets, driving sustainable growth.
  • Support the coordination of new talent mapping and succession planning initiatives throughout the performance year.
  • Offer expert analytics support to drive data-informed decision making.

  • A strong understanding of financial services, preferably gained through direct experience in the industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of driving cultural change in fast-paced, complex organizations.
