We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing residential and commercial construction projects.
About the Role:This is a key position within our organization, requiring a professional with exceptional contract administration skills. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction processes and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities:- Issue drawings, scope of works, and specifications for contract works;
- Prepare budget forecasts and cash flow reports;
- Assist the Project Manager with project cost reports and related matters;
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary education/qualification;
- Strong track record in a similar role within residential or commercial construction projects;
- Experience working on commercial residential projects valued between $10M and $40M.
The successful candidate will enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and clear succession planning into senior roles.
