**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Business Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing key finance analysis and testing support for financial systems implementations and ongoing process improvement projects.

The role will involve assisting with detailed investigations, analysis, and evaluation of functional and non-functional requirements; working closely with the finance department to understand their needs and elicit their requirements through writing Business Requirements Documents. The aim is to ensure quality and timely delivery of software solutions that meet business requirements.

The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of financial analysis and testing related to any projects as required by senior management.

The Program Business Analyst will report to the Project and Redesign Lead and will liaise with various stakeholders including Finance, HR, DAS, Digital Health, third-party software vendors, and the Project Team.
