As we uplift our internal capability and data infrastructure, we're looking for a tactical, hands-on Business Analyst to support foundational projects across CRM remediation, inflow reporting and process documentation.

This is role is ideal for a sharp, disciplined analyst who thrives on cross-functional execution and documentation. You'll work collaborative with client services, marketing and the business development to deliver clear process maps, improve data integrity, scope CRM requirements and build reporting tools to support decision making and partner insights.

What You'll Do

  • Map and document current and future-state processes across CRM, client service and finance

  • Validate CRM fields and support data cleansing to improve inflow reporting

  • Build interim dashboards using Excel and Power BI to track performance and support partner reporting

  • Create clear artefacts to support internal training, handover and system readiness

  • Maintain foundational reporting cadence and support data driven insights

  • Work collaboratively across the business to uplift documentation and internal knowledge

What You Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst or operations documentation role

  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI and CRM (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365)

  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills (BPMN, user guides, workflows)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

  • Comfort working in a lean environment with no internal IT team

  • Familiarity with APRA-regulated environments (desirable but not essential)
