Mater is seeking a skilled and experienced Neonatologist to join their multidisciplinary team in the Neonatology department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of neonatal medicine.

Job Description

This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Neonatologist, you will be responsible for providing clinical care to premature and full-term infants, as well as those with complex medical conditions. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to neonatal care.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and be able to maintain current knowledge and skills in neonatal medicine.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Medical Specialist within the field of Paediatrics and Child Health
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) in Neonatal/ Perinatal Medicine (or equivalent)
