Job Description:

The role involves leading the planning process across various media channels, including digital. Key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive Communications Plan that drives business results and demonstrates expertise in strategic planning.

  • Originate effective communications plans by creating channel strategies that build on core media ideas and showcase exceptional planning skills.
  • Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact for the entire planning process, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, media vendors, and third-party planners to drive collaboration and deliver high-quality results.
  • Work closely with the Strategy and Investment teams to develop insightful media strategies that meet client objectives and are executable within budget constraints.
  • Identify innovative media initiatives that align with the company's strategic direction and lead their implementation, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible product is delivered to market, meeting client expectations and driving business growth.

About You:
  • Product Leadership: Collaborate nationally on media products, standardizing methodologies, marketing collateral, and training to drive consistency and excellence.
  • Team Management: Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Account Directors, Managers, Executives, and Assistants to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Client & Vendor Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, media vendors, and third-party planners to foster trust, understanding, and delivery excellence.
  • Business Development: Drive growth with new and existing clients, working closely with Business Management to meet objectives and expand revenue streams.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee media implementation, negotiations, bookings, invoicing, and reporting to maintain quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Strategic Thinking & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, challenge conventional thinking, and drive innovative media solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Communication & Influence: Clearly convey information, influence key stakeholders, and manage relationships across all levels to drive collaboration and success.
  • Adaptability & Problem Solving: Demonstrate resilience, multitasking, strong numerical accuracy, and analytical skills to meet diverse project demands and deliver results under pressure.
