Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across a major infrastructure project.

  • Key responsibilities will include leading the development, implementation, and control of project environmental plans.
  • The ideal candidate will be accountable for ensuring safety, health, and environment cultural framework, policies, and management system requirements are met.
  • They must also demonstrate a personal commitment to eliminating or minimizing potential hazards and associated risks.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting environmental best practices and leadership within the organization. This includes identifying and implementing initiatives that align with our environmental vision and values.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification relevant to the field of operation is required.
  • Candidates must have at least 5 years construction experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship skills are also necessary.
  • A sound knowledge of environmental legislation and requirements is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and email software is required.

In addition to these qualifications, candidates must possess a current Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card or equivalent) and undergo a medical assessment prior to commencement.
