We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced environmental professional to lead our team as Senior Environmental Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate environmental aspects of projects, developing and implementing effective plans for successful project execution.
  • Embody a strong commitment to occupational health and safety (OHS) policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks, promoting a culture of proactive risk management within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of relevant OHS legislation and regulations.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in environmental practices, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages employee engagement and participation.

  • Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders, managing day-to-day interactions and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as environmental science or management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction or a related industry, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and email.
  • Industry-specific training and certification, as required by regulatory authorities.
