Housing Program Coordinator

The Housing Services role is a key position within the housing program, focusing on client-centered services for individuals and families seeking housing assistance or residing in public housing.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess clients' needs and provide guidance on suitable housing options from established policy, procedures, and standards.
- Prioritize cases with well-established protocols and represent the Department at hearings.
- Apply proactive strategies to sustain tenancies and mitigate risk.
- Respond to family violence risks in accordance with safety guidelines.
This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively. The successful applicant will possess expertise across assigned housing functions and apply well-developed skills in all areas.
