We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Partnerships Coach. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions to access meaningful employment.

You will work collaboratively with employers, clients, and other stakeholders to develop tailored support plans and provide guidance on sustainable job placement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Placement: Identify and create career opportunities that match clients' skills and interests, ensuring successful job placement and long-term sustainability.
  • Inclusive Hiring Practices: Champion inclusive hiring practices, promoting diversity and equity in the workplace.
  • Employer Engagement: Build relationships with employers to address skill shortages and promote inclusive recruitment strategies.
  • Brokerage and Support: Broker work experience to build participants' skills and assess employer/client compatibility, providing targeted support to ensure successful employment outcomes.
  • Workplace Preparation: Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants through adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Educational Services: Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Networking and Promotion: Establish and maintain strong networks with employers and community organizations to create job opportunities and promote Breakthru's services.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in employment or human services (desired).
  2. KPI Management: Proven ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage workload effectively.
  3. Employment Barriers: Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  4. Tailored Support: Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  6. Certifications: Current driver's license (essential).
