We are seeking an experienced professional to conduct forensic building inspections and ensure that contractors complete rectification works to a compliant standard and cost.
This role involves administering the full scope of works, causation reports, and ensuring the quality of work. You will be responsible for accurate and detailed recording of data whilst on site, providing customer service to all parties with an interest in the job, and preparing reports and scope of works to client.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Accurate and detailed recording of data whilst on site
- Providing customer service to all parties with an interest in the job
- Preparation of reports and scope of works to client
- Compliance to client and internal claim handling requirements and timeframes
- Compiling and formatting forensic building reports and scopes of work
- Project management as required
To be successful in this role, you should have Cert III Carpentry or Cert IV Building & Construction or Licensed Builder qualifications. Additionally, you should have knowledge of the insurance industry and process requirements of admin hearings and litigation.
