Health and Safety Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Health, Safety and Wellbeing Partners and Trainers in a large and dynamic environment. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the implementation of health, safety and wellbeing programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team across multiple sites and services.
  • Develop, implement and review health, safety and wellbeing strategies, plans, policies and procedures to establish a positive and strong health, safety and wellbeing culture.
  • Manage the development and implementation of district-wide health, safety and wellbeing programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership capabilities in cultivating a positive safety culture.
  • Strong technical expertise and knowledge in health, safety and wellbeing management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading the development, implementation and review of health, safety and wellbeing strategies, plans, policies and procedures.
  • Providing strategic leadership and operational direction to deliver exceptional health, safety and wellbeing management services.
  • Working with a cohesive and dynamic leadership team to drive the implementation of health, safety and wellbeing programs and initiatives.
