Job Title: Lead Process Innovator

This pivotal role involves strategic technical leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance of key processing areas, including crystallisation, solid-liquid separation, and washplant operations.

About the Role:
  • Drive the optimisation of salt production processes across operations.
  • Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance of key processing areas.
  • Develop innovative solutions, lead process improvement and capital projects, and apply advanced process simulation and data analysis tools.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years' experience in process engineering within the salt or broader mineral processing industries, underpinned by a relevant tertiary qualification.

About You:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in process engineering within the salt or broader mineral processing industries.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Experience in driving innovation, leading process improvement and capital projects, and applying advanced process simulation and data analysis tools.
  • A strong commitment to safety, along with experience in risk assessment and process safety management.

You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
