Temporary Accounts Payable Role

This is a part-time temporary assignment for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to work in the Hills District. The role will commence immediately and involves working Monday to Thursday (32 hours per week).
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Entering all incoming payments
- Processing high-volume invoices
- Correspondence related to accounts
- Maintaining databases and performing data entry
- Matching and batching tasks
Applicants should have extensive experience in Accounts Payable, with a background in a high-volume environment. They should also be proficient in MYOB Accountright and possess intermediate MS Office skills.
Additionally, applicants must have clear and concise communication skills and be able to commit to the length of the assignment.
