Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Nursing Education Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality education across Master's or undergraduate nursing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver profession-specific education across Master's or undergraduate nursing programs.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and scholarly research.
  • Foster strong industry partnerships to enhance the student experience and program growth.
  • Supervise honours and postgraduate students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines.
  • Participate in research aligned with our strategic priorities.

Requirements:

  • Possession of an undergraduate nursing degree as well as a Master's qualification.
  • A minimum three-year recent post-registration clinical experience.
  • Registered as a Nurse (Division 1) in Australia.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or ability to successfully complete within 12 months of commencement.
