Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill this key role in Brisbane, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all clinical education of aesthetic portfolio in assigned region.
  • Clinical assistance at educational events and workshops led by subject matter experts.
  • Consultation/support on adverse events.
  • Clinical engagement and development of key opinion leaders & expert educators.
  • Mentoring national contract nurse clinical trainers.
  • Clinical input into training materials as requested by clinical manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preparation and execution of training plans in local regions.
  • Provide relevant clinical education & training to ensure competence of healthcare professionals with the safe & effective administration of aesthetic products.
  • Lead and execute state-based galderma aesthetic academies, clinical forums, and workshops with local & international medical professionals.
  • Provide clinical education, upskilling, and mentoring of commercial sales teams, including clinical exploration program development, as requested by management.
  • Create and deliver clinical education/curriculum relevant to current and upcoming campaigns as guided by clinical managers and aligned to marketing strategies.
  • Conduct all clinical training and educational events to required professional standards and ensure compliance to national & state regulations & policies and protocols.

You must be able to demonstrate excellence in patient/client assessment, planning, injectable treatment/care, and evaluation during clinical training sessions including appropriate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified Registered Nurse Div 1
  • Previous experience working in cosmetic, dermatology, plastics or aesthetics
