About the Opportunity
CQUniversity is seeking a dedicated and experienced nursing professional to join our team as an Associate Lecturer in Nursing.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the teaching and learning experience of our students, while also being part of a dynamic and supportive academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and delivery of nursing curricula, including lectures and tutorials
- Supervise and mentor students in clinical placements
- Develop and maintain high-quality teaching resources
- Engage in scholarly activities, including research and publication
- Participate in academic governance and committee work
Requirements
- Current registration as a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Relevant undergraduate nursing degree and postgraduate qualification (ideally at Master's level)
- Minimum of three years full-time clinical nursing experience
- Strong teaching and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
