About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Risk and Data Analyst to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise in valuation, forecasting, pricing, and costing to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end-of-lease residual value models for passenger and light commercial vehicle assets.
  • Provide data-driven insights on lease portfolio metrics, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Support the broader risk department in managing internal repositories and analyzing outputs.

Deliverables

You will be responsible for daily residual value and maintenance recommendations for sales quotations or tenders, review and recommendation of residual value positions for all vehicles, and ad-hoc portfolio analysis to support business decisions.

In addition, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, run monthly valuations of the current portfolio, analyze outputs, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in a quantitative or commercial discipline such as finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, or similar.
  • Working experience in a commercial analytical role including valuation, forecasting, pricing, and costing.
  • Proficiency in SAS Enterprise Guide, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present new ideas and work under pressure.
  • A high level of organisation, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
