Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Examiner to join our specialized banking team. As a Compliance Examiner, you will be responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions and operations adhere to the highest standards of compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations of financial portfolios to identify potential risks and non-compliances.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with business partners and customers to ensure effective management of risk and compliance.
  • Ensure timely identification and escalation of early warning signs observed during examinations.
  • Travel across Perth as required to conduct site visits and assessments.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Strong banking experience in risk management and compliance, with a focus on Invoice Finance products or similar.
  • Relevant qualifications in commerce or accounting discipline, such as CPA or CA.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
