Senior Auditor

About the Role
A senior auditor plays a pivotal role in our audit practice, collaborating with diverse public and private sector clients across various industries. With extensive training and support, you will have the opportunity to continue your career development and enhance your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, partners, and staff
  • Providing guidance and expertise to audit team members and ensuring audit procedures are followed according to our methodology
  • Collaborating to plan objectives and devise an audit strategy that identifies and addresses risks

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and membership with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) or Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA), or studying towards admission
  • 2-4 years of external audit experience within a professional services firm
  • Knowledge and understanding of Australian reporting requirements, especially AIFRS Accounting, current auditing and tax legislation, and Corporation Act, ASIC, and ASX requirements
  • Experience in the preparation and presentation of consolidated financial reports
  • Ability to build excellent client relationships, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality outcomes
