Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team in Queensland, Australia.
- 20 hours casual work per week
- Perfect for students with flexible shifts available Monday - Saturday each week
The opportunity to work additional hours at our nearby clinic is also available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing telephone and patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, billing, messages, and other general administrative tasks
- Maintaining a tidy and presentable Medical Centre
- Communicating with a diverse range of healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Professional and personable telephone manner
- Proficient computer skills
- Demonstrated initiative, time management, and flexibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High standard of presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
